Comprehensive Feedback for Holistic Growth

A 360 appraisal equips you with actionable insights that empower you to develop professionally, improve your leadership skills, and contribute more effectively to your organisation's success. The process takes about 6 weeks end to end.

How does it differ from a traditional appraisal? 

A 360-degree appraisal gathers feedback from multiple sources—peers, supervisors, direct reports and other stakeholders—providing a comprehensive view of an employee's performance. It provides more rounded feedback than traditional reviews, which often rely on a single supervisor's assessment.

What types of questions are included in the appraisal survey?

We create a bespoke survey for every client. We can structure survey questions around your organisations key competencies and behaviours, use an established framework or select a different methodology to suit you. Our survey combines rating scales and open-ended responses to encourage specific, actionable feedback.

How is the feedback collected and analysed? 

Feedback is collected electronically, and all responses are anonymised to promote honesty. Aggregate results are compiled and analysed to highlight trends and insights.

What is the coaching session for?

The coaching session at the end of a 360-degree appraisal is crucial for making the most of the feedback received. Helping you leverage your strengths and interpret insights constructively. Your coach will help you to identify areas for improvement and create personalised action plans.
